DMCA Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

This policy should be read with our Terms of Service. It explains how to report alleged copyright infringement on STATXE.

1. Policy

STATXE respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

This page describes how to send a notice and where to send it. Registering a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office is a separate operational step. Until that filing is complete, this page is a notice procedure for STATXE; it is not by itself a claim of §512(c) safe harbor.

2. Designated Agent (fill in after Copyright Office registration)

**Agent name:** [Designated DMCA Agent — to be registered at copyright.gov/dmca-directory] **Agent title / organization:** STATXE Inc. **Email:** dmca@statxe.com **Mailing address:** [Street address for DMCA notices — to be finalized with the Copyright Office filing] **Phone:** [Phone number — to be finalized with the Copyright Office filing]

Send notices to the email above (preferred) or to the mailing address once it is published here and registered with the Copyright Office.

3. What a Notice Must Include

To be effective under the DMCA, a written notice must include substantially the following:

- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed - Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by one notice - Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate that material (for example a URL or account and asset description) - Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address - A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law - A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed

4. Counter-Notification

If material you submitted was removed or disabled and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same agent contact. A counter-notification should include:

- Your physical or electronic signature - Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal - A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification - Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or for any judicial district in which STATXE may be found if you are outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or that person's agent

5. Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, STATXE will terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We may also remove or disable access to material claimed to be infringing and may suspend accounts pending investigation.

6. User Warranty

By uploading or submitting content (including profile images, signature assets, templates, and other User Content), you represent that you have the rights needed to use that content with the Service and that it does not infringe any third-party copyright or other right.
