Cookie transparency

Cookie Policy

Last updated: September 22, 2026

This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy. It explains what cookies and related technologies we use, why we use them, and how you can manage them.

1. What This Policy Covers

This Cookie Policy explains how STATXE uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and product.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We use them to keep the platform secure and functional, and to support first-party analytics and error diagnosis described below.

2. Cookies and Similar Technologies We Use

**Strictly Necessary Cookies (always on):** - statxe_session (and related auth cookies) - Purpose: Authenticated session management and account security - First party: Yes - Retention: Session lifetime and server-side session expiry

**Product analytics (Vercel Web Analytics):** - Purpose: Aggregated page views and performance metrics to operate and improve the product - Session replay: No - Keystroke recording: No

**Error monitoring (Sentry):** - Purpose: Detect and diagnose application errors - Session replay: Only for sessions that hit an error; text, inputs, and media are masked by default - Ordinary browsing is not sampled for replay

3. Why We Use Them

We use these technologies to:

- Keep you signed in - Protect accounts and detect abuse - Remember essential preferences - Measure product usage at the page-view level - Diagnose crashes and errors when they occur

We do not currently run a separate marketing cookie stack.

4. Consent and Legal Basis

Strictly necessary cookies are used for contract performance, security, and service delivery. These cookies do not require opt-in consent in most jurisdictions.

Vercel Web Analytics and Sentry error reporting (including error-only session replay) are used to operate, secure, and improve the Service. We describe them here and in the Privacy Policy so you know what runs. We do not claim that optional marketing or analytics cookies wait for a consent banner, because we do not currently show one and we do not run that optional stack.

5. How to Control Cookies

You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also block cookies entirely in your browser.

If you disable strictly necessary cookies, key product features such as sign-in and secure session continuity may not work correctly.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our services and legal requirements evolve. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
