1. Step 1Read the note on the emailWhen a send won’t fit its sender domain’s limits, the card says so: spread across days, queued behind other sends, or won’t fit in the next 6 weeks.
2. Step 2Select the email, then read DeliveryDelivery says who goes out when, and from which domain. It isn’t a setting: sends are paced to the domain’s warm-up limits for you.
3. Step 3Check a dayEach day’s meter shows how full the domain is. Amber means the day is full; a dot marks the days this flow sends.
4. Step 4See who’s ahead of youPick a day to list what already owns it: sends already made or reserved, campaigns, other automations, then this flow.
